How Can We Support You?
We understand many families already have a trusted GP veterinarian. We’re happy to work alongside your vet to ensure your pet receives the most supportive, consistent, and compassionate care possible.
Quality-of-Life Assessments
An in-home visit designed for new patients to help you understand your pet’s comfort, pain levels, and overall wellbeing. Together, we discuss your goals of care and create a plan to support comfort and clarity in the days and weeks ahead. We focus on easing symptoms, maintaining dignity, and supporting you as their caregiver.
Includes:
Comprehensive in-home assessment and discussion of your pet’s quality of life
Review of existing treatments and prescriptions
Advice on pain relief, nutrition, mobility, and environment
Guidance for what to expect and how to adapt care over time
Ongoing Palliative Care
For families continuing their pet’s comfort journey, we offer ongoing visits and support. These appointments ensure your pet remains comfortable and that you have help navigating each stage with confidence and care.
Includes:
Regular in-home visits (typically monthly)
Ongoing review of comfort, pain control, and wellbeing
Adjustments to medications and care plans as needs change
Access to telehealth support between visits
Home Euthanasia
When it’s time to say goodbye, we provide a peaceful and compassionate farewell in the comfort of your home. This gentle service prioritises calm, dignity, and love—allowing your pet to rest surrounded by their family.
Includes:
Calm in-home appointment
Sedation for comfort and a gentle, pain-free passing
Guidance and support throughout the process
Aftercare options including coordination of private cremation and keepsakes
